Richardson & Wrench Maroochydore has stepped into the Sunshine Coast market with a focus on personalised service and local connection.
Led by co-principals - and husband and wife team - Jason and Natasha Harsant, the new office brings a full-service residential offering to one of Queensland’s fastest-growing regions. 
A move into real estate is a natural evolution for the British-born couple and business partners, combining their strong sales backgrounds with a long-standing passion for property and a commitment to their adopted home region.
With a former career in the IT sector, Jason has a foundation in sales, efficiency and meeting discerning client demands. Natasha brings more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry, where customer relationships and results-driven performance go hand in hand. 
Together, they are dedicated to delivering tailored experiences for buyers, sellers and investors across the broad local market.
The Harsants’ decision to collaborate with R&W was shaped by first-hand experience. Having previously worked with the brand as vendors and investors, the pair saw an opportunity to create a business that aligns with their values - transparent communication, trust and genuine family values.
Supported by Mark and Maddie Lawler of R&W Coolum, the Maroochydore office extends the brand’s strong presence along the vibrant Sunshine Coast.
Located in the heart of town at Aerodrome Road in Alexandra Headland, just south of the Maroochy River, R&W Maroochydore is at the thriving centre of a growing property market that has seen a significant population boom in recent years. 
For Jason and Natasha, their ultimate goal is to provide a bespoke service in a competitive but opportunity-rich market.
